The II Brothers' history is as unique as the family itself. The brothers, Josh and Steven, come from a long line of restaurateurs. Their mother, Tana, has been in the business all of her life. While their father, Gary has been involved for almost 20 years. The family has been working together in the business ever since the brothers were old enough to work. The family has three fast-food establishments in North Texas and Southern Oklahoma called Watsonburger that was started by Tana's parents, Charley and Pat Watson.
II Brothers' is their new adventure with one opening in Frisco in 2005 and the newest location in Plano opening in September 2008. The concept behind II Brothers' grill and bar is to provide an atmosphere that welcomes people of all ages to come and enjoy spending time with family and friends. So bring your loved ones and friends along to experience the legacy of food that has kept us around for 50 years.
